Car Seats for traveling

I'm going to Disney in January, and I haven't flown with my children since they've been an infant. Should I bring my own car seats for the car or can I just rent them from the car rental agency? My kids will be 3 and a half and 18 months. We're flying, and then we're renting a car when we're there. We're staying off property so we can't just use the Disney transportation that they provide. Any advice would help.

i would not rent car seats. no way to know the age or condition of the seat you would be getting. what kind of seats do you have? we travel with scenera's. they are inexpensive, lightweight and easy to install. up to 40lbs, so should fit a 3 year old and 18 month old.
