How much should I pay for a Xbox 360, 250 or 500?

We want either the 250 or 500 version. Any online deals? I have no idea how good of a deal I should be able to get since I've never priced them. Please tell me how much I should have to pay.

You want to buy the largest hard drive you can so I would go for the 500GB
