I have posted before about needing to move to closer to DD1 special needs school and we are finally ready to put our house on the market. We ended up going with a flat fee firm to save on commission and signed the papers yesterday. We are hoping to sell by June because the lease on the apartment DH has near the school (needed to show residence in same county) is up in July.
Please send any prayers that you have for a quick sell so we don't have to figure out a plan if it doesn't sell by summer.
