I just have to share since I am so impressed:
I placed my first order with Modcloth last month, for a dress to wear to a wedding this month. First, they had a HUGE selection -- over 300 dresses in my size (and I'm plus sized, so this itself is a big deal). The dresses came and the quality is really great, they're all adorable but most were a little too big. I decided to keep my favorite and get it altered because it was out of stock.
Today, that dress came back in stock in a smaller size. I called to make the exchange and not only did I get the dress, but they're sending it with free express shipping, she applied a discount coupon AND I'm getting a (possibly) free return label. I'm just so pleased with how nice they are and how willing they were to go that distance without me even asking.
