Rec your favorite shoes for work.

VIONIC (Orthaheel) or Dansko. If i don't wear one or the other - i'm suffering BAD. Vionic Orthaheel has been a lifesaver (after therapy, shots, and a night brace)

I have also put the orthaheel inserts into shoes - but i prefer to just buy the whole shoe from them. I live in their sandals all summer.

My husband is also now hooked on the Vionic Orthaheel inserts.

I frequently check Amazon or 6pm for sales.

Barking dog shoes has a few posts about plantar fascitis. http://www.barkingdogshoes.com/?s=Plantar+

I'd also seek out a local comfort shoe store.

I really like Earthies for work when I can't wear my Danskos. They look like flats, but the heel is actually elevated so it's like wearing a small heel. This helps tremendously for me. Otherwise, in the summer, I'm wearing birkenstocks or Memphisto sandals.

I have PF too and Birkenstocks work best for me. I have some Vionic sandals that I also like, but Birkenstock is my go to shoe.

Thanks all. I ordered three pairs of awesome Earthies wedge sandals as well as plain vionic wedges and one pair of Earthies flats.

Vionic shoes are saving my life right now. I use their inserts in my winter shoes, but now that summer is here I'm living in their flips and sandals. Sad to give up my other shoes, but I feel 100 times better. I also just got a pair of Birks and they feel good too.

I agree, bionic, Birkenstock and dankso work the best for pf. Also consider getting those modable orthotics for extra support.
