OK, so I have my big "spring cleaning" thread to track progress and hold myself accountable for a cleanup project around the house. As you all know, I despise housework, so this is kind of a big deal.
As each room has been cleaned up, new storage needs have been identified.
I'm looking for several things:
KITCHEN:
A wall-mountable filing system, preferably wire mesh, for filing weekly grocery circulars, paper bills, and catalogs so we're not using the top of our pantry or the kitchen table to retain each item until DH or I see it.
Bonus points for something that can be mounted using COMMAND hooks rather than hardware.
LIVING ROOM:
A narrow (18" to 24" wide?) shelving unit to be used to store puzzle boxes. Thinking a 1 by 2 EXPEDIT-like cube thing, if such a thing exists.
Must be dark wood.
ENTRYWAY:
A wire-mesh (or white finish wood) 2-cube compartment, 18" square (maybe; will have to measure), for use as shoe storage for DD and me. Cannot get anything huge or long; it needs to slide up against a narrow wall just behind the front door.
Bonus points if it can be anchored to the wall.
