Are these shoes too dressy for jeans / casual pants?

I found these for $25 on clearance and less coupon. I usually wear jeans or casual clothes. Would these be too dressy for casual wear? TIA

Not too dressy, as they are ballet flats. I think perfect for jeans and daily wear.
