I have fallen in love with this dress and want to buy one similar to it (assuming I can't find the actual dress) for an upcoming beach vacation family photo shoot. I found it on Pinterest, but the link goes to a general blog and no matter what search terms I use (e.g., blue dress, beach, Hawaii), I can't find the original blog post.

Where do I even look for a dress like this? I tried on-line searches at Nordstrom and Boden, but I don't know where else to look. I usually just buy my clothes from TJMaxx/Marshall's, but it's so hit-or-miss there I doubt I could find a dress like this there.
It doesn't have to be strapless, but I like the color (shades of blue that compliment the ocean color), the unstructured flowy style, and the knee length (I don't want it maxi-dress or mini-dress length).
What kind of material do you think this is? Chiffon? Silk? I'm trying to think of search terms, too. Does it look like a bridesmaid dress?
