I'd say generally TTS. I size up a little in sandals, which are often fully adjustable (heel & width) to get more wear out of them. We live in the south, so sandals are worn pretty much year round. I can't say how the boys sizes run since I only have girls. My youngest has really wide feet and their shoes have always fit.

Also, Nordstrom carries SKR and they will price match in case you don't qualify for the $30 free shipping.

Yes, I'd say TTS. They tend to be on the wide side, but as PP wrote, because they are often adjustable at the heels they've been working great for the rather narrow feet of our DDs.
