when did shutterfly stop stacking codes :(

Just placed my first order in a while and they would not allow me to combine percent off with free shipping. :( When did that start?

I couldn't get it to work at the holidays last year. But I have stacked other codes recently, just paid shipping.

I am in a Shutterfly code fb group and I haven't seen anyone there complain about it - I just went and checked to make sure. Could it be that when you used the % off, it got you below the threshold for free shipping ($39 right now)?

I specifically made sure my total was $40 by adding some extra prints so I could qualify for the free shipping but the current code (30% off) would not allow stacking with the free ship. :(
