Personalized note pads

Looking to order some decent quality personalized note pads. Any companies/websites/brands folks recommend?

I have ordered from Zazzle.com at least twice. Created my own note pads to use for school, which have my name & contact info on them. (makes it easier for teacher note, sick notes, etc). They also have a bunch of templates ready to personalize.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the quality from them. they were a little pricer - but the paper is REALLY thick. They also frequently send me $5 coupons.

I have ordered both the 8x11 (letter size) and the 5x6 ones which are a little more useful in the smaller size.

I have ordered from Shutterfly and Tiny Prints and been happy with both. Shutterfly has them for the price of shipping (about $5) on a regular basis.
