Sorry to post here, but figured it would get more traffic here. I could use a tried and true, favorite pork chop recipe (with readily accessible ingredients at home) for about 4 lbs of pork chops tonight.

Any recipes to share? I have the usual basic spices, onions and garlic at home to work with. I may have some panko breadcrumbs too.

Thanks!

May be too late but I just coat the chops in flour mixed with seasoning salt & pepper and pan fry in olive oil w/ a little butter. Thin boneless chops about 3 min per side, thicker with bone 5-6 min per side. My kids like to dip in applesauce.

This says pork tenderloin, but I use chops all the time, and it's amazing!
