you are so kind! I am better -- still not able to say unload the dishwasher but a lot better. I am taking 800 MG of advil every 6 hrs and only taking flexeril at night (it makes me loopy). It seems like it might take several more days at this rate. Thanks for asking!

So glad to hear you are slowly improving. Backs are so quirky that way. Keep taking it easy even when it start to feel better. I've found my back is extra fragile for 1-2 weeks after the issue has resolved.

Yay for good news! I'm so glad you're on the mend. BABY your back for a good long time and do very gentle stretching for a while before getting out of bed (gently pull your knees to your chest and hold for a few seconds at a time). And I definitely hear you on the flexeril...that stuff makes me so sleepy and gives me a horrible dry mouth for a while.
