Where do you buy shelf-stable plain milk boxes? What brands are there I could look for? I have to send DD's lunch at her new preschool, and she prefers to drink milk at lunch. I send water most days but want to let her have milk now and then. I looked at my local grocery store (HEB), and all they had was Horizon boxes of flavored milk (vanilla and chocolate)....I'm looking for shelf-stable milk boxes that do NOT have added sugar/flavors.

If you have a Wegmans nearby, they sell 18 count cartons of Horizon for $13.xx. Best deal I've come across.

I buy the Organic Valley ones on Amazon to keep in our earthquake kit.

I just checked though and it looks like the regular ones are out of stock.

I get Organic Valley at Whole Foods. It's been a while since I bought any but they were $12 for a pack of 12.

I buy horizon plain by the case, but there is only one store around here that carries the cases and I don't go there that often. I've found singles and 3 packs at target and our other stores. Makes no sense to me why the plain is harder to find than the sugared ones...

I use the Horizon milk boxes. They definitely make them in plain milk without any flavorings.

I picked up a few 6 packs of Horizon plain boxes just today at Walmart.

Ok, thanks, I'll have to check out a few more stores around here for the plain Horizon ones then. It's frustrating that my regular store sells the sugar laden ones (and there's a lot of sugar in there!!!) but not the regular ones!
