I think we are getting close to needing deodorant and would prefer to find something natural. Any ideas? I personally use a homemade mix of baking soda, coconut oil and essential oils, but I'm not sure if the baking soda will work for her as she has super sensitive skin. Thanks!

My dd uses the crystal roll-on. I have very sensitive skin and I use it as well.

We started with the cotton-based deodorant from Trader Joe's (in the blue & white container). It was not long, though, before we had to switch to the stronger, anti-perspirant/deo combo due to tween/teen stink!

My tween boys use Dr. Mist (unscented) http://www.drugstore.com/search/search_results.asp?srchtree=1&Ntt=Dr.+Mist&N=4294944557&Ntk=All There is a lavender version as well. I'm pretty sure I learned about it on the BBB. :) It really works on my twins, and they can get stinky!

Teen DD has been using my homemade cream deodorant (a homemade version of Funk Butter, basically).

I will most likely start with Tom's of Maine unscented or lavender as I used those both when I was teen, and if I ever move to a super mild climate would use them again. Once I hit my 20s though I needs the strong stuff.

I was looking for something natural and unscented for DS. I got Tom's of Maine and thought the unscented smelled terrible! We ended up with a crystal stick which seems to be working.

One of my favorite natural body care companies recently released a deodorant. I'm waiting on my package to arrive to try it but it sounds promising.
