I couldn't find any codes that would stack but I used my $10 birthday voucher (from October- expired but still worked) and I am sending in for the Glamour Magazine refund of $12.

What did the mailer look like? ETA: went to Gymbofriends, and they said it was a postcard in an envelope. Fingers crossed I get one, I can get DH his favorite t-shirt!

How are you going to apply for that? There is a disclaimer now when you opt out of the Glamour deal that states it does not entitle you to a $12 refund.

Be aware that they typically will contact you for another form of payment when you use an expired voucher...

There is a link on the bottom of the first page that takes you to a refund. Here it is. If you opt out at checkout, you don't get the refund.
