Bed rail rec for child's bed?

Can anyone recommend a bed rail for DC's bed? Need a rail for each side. Not looking for the pool noodle types since it seems easy to flip over the edge (and need something tall enough to keep all of the stuffed animals in the bed too). For a queen or king bed. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure ours is from One Step Ahead.... we aren't using it, so it's under the mattress now... It is on our king bed. I don't remember it being any better/different than the one at Babies R Us that I picked up for us to use at grandma's. It may be their extra long version.
