Deal on flashlights

We are doing a night of giving for Hanukkah and DS wants to donate flashlights to the nature center because the ones they have are awful.
I just need basic flashlights - these will be loaned out to kids at night time activities.
Any suggestions for somewhere that would sell them in bulk? I'm hoping to spend about $25 and get about 10 flashlights.

We get these from Harbor Freight when they are free. They fit in a jacket pocket and we use them when camping (they have a hook to hang from). The magnet is no good. looks like $7 shipping. More than your budget, but they have other options as well but these are the ones we have experience with.

We have a bunch of these around the house and they work just fine. We have also given them out as birthday favors too! They are found in the camping section at Walmart.
