Panera Bread gift card bonus?

I thought I had an email that said there was a bonus of some sort for buying a certain amount of Panera gift cards but I can't find it now. Anyone know anything about this? Need to pick up a GC for a family member and thought I'd add in teacher/bus driver/aides/Girl Scout leaders as well if I get a bonus purchasing several.

Not in my area either :( I stopped in store today and asked if there were any promos and they said no.

There was an e-gift card deal where if you purchase $100 in ecards, you got an additional $20. This deal was for three days around Thanksgiving and is now expired. I purchased it last year and went to a store to convert to regular gift cards; gave some as teacher gifts and still have a balance on my card so I didn't purchase again this year.
