Any bench recommendations for a 7yo for keyboard....a quality one which is also comfortable. i was looking at this model--

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BKY8CU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_4&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

this model seems ok with good reviews but some comments say it has CA Prop 65 warning, which means materials used in this bench may cause cancer. would that bother you? even if its a bench you sit on and dont eat it? would the offgassing be not good.

No answer for you, but I have the same question! We have a full-sized keyboard & I'd be embarrassed if the piano teacher ever saw the way my boys sit to practice!

You've motivated me to do something, so thanks!

I have this one:

I'm constantly hauling my bench around, so the key for me is the how easy it is to fold. If I was setting it up at home I might look at something like this with some storage which would be handy. The trade off is it isn't adjustable height-wise, which you might need:

On-stage is a decent brand in general for accessories like benches, mic stands, etc. No idea why you are getting the Prop 65 warning on that other bench.

We have this one:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I362NXU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00

It is very sturdy but we've only had it for a month so don't know about long term durability.
