This is my first keep or toss. Last night I made a cheesecake to serve at our NYE dinner tonight. I left it in the oven (turned off) to cool and went to bed. I forgot to put it in the fridge. Ugh. It was not refrigerated from about 9:00 last night to 6:00 this morning. Should I serve it? It smells ok but I don't want to cut it to taste it...
