I think you can sign up for their email and they send you a 10% code, but it's not good on sale items.

They definitely do. I found the expiration date for the last one by searching my old threads here. I almost always post them here to give them away. They are usually on the back of the catalog. They do not have them anywhere near as often as PBK.
