View Full Version : Baptism gift for older child?

A friend's DD is being baptized over the weekend. They've been generous with our kids over the years and so I'd like to mark the occasion is that's appropriate to do, but I'm not sure how. I'm going to guess the family has things like personal bible covered. She's in 3rd grade and they are Catholic. We were very casually invited to the baptism but we won't be able to attend.

A lovely cross necklace or something similar would be good.

I like to give this book at baptisms. It is different than the traditional gifts, and is a beautiful illustration of the gospel.
