Quick trip to Singapore- suggestions?

My friend will be traveling to Singapore for a short leisure trip without kids. What suggestions for some must do activities can I pass on to her?

If it's just a leisure trip I'd go to gardens by the bay in the daytime and the night safari at the zoo at night. I like wandering around the shops at Bugis street, Arab street, Little India and Chinatown. Alot of what I'd do revolves around food. I'd also fit in some cheap massages and foot reflexology.
