I use this one. It works in cold water if you blend it really well but it does have borax. IIRC, I looked for one without borax and couldn't find one. You'll have to scroll down the page a little:http://www.diynatural.com/homemade-laundry-detergent-soap/

Thanks for posting! I'm going to try this one! Informative post, too. I had no idea regular oxide clean rated that poorly on EWG.
