Where should I be shopping for trendy but dressy tween clothes?

DD says she wants "outfits without jeans." When pressed, she said she wanted dressier outfits that are still trendy. So, more on the "preppy" side of things.

She's in a size 14-16 in kids, so she's about to graduate into juniors.

Where should I go for things she would probably like? We have most major chains nearby. Money isn't an "issue" but I'd like to avoid $$$$ stuff.

Could she look at Boden for ideas?

Vineyard Vines is very popular with teens/tweens right now, and is definitely preppy.

My DD likes H&M and the prices are good.

ETA: Aeropostale is good too. My DD wears size 12 in kids and can fit into XS for both stores.

My 14 year old daughter likes to shop at the following stores---

*Altar'D State (DD's favorite store!)
*Pink (for sweatshirts)
*Aeropostale (DD likes the Bethany Mota collection)
*American Eagle (cute skater skirts)
*Forever 21
*Vineyard Vines (super preppy)

Aeropostale, American Eagle, and Forever 21 can be hit or miss to find school appropriate clothes. DD likes
the cute skater skirts and she'll wear a funky pair of Vans sneakers.
