What am I forgetting?

We're having our 4th baby--first boy, though! I'm making a list of what I need to buy. We can reuse most of the big stuff. What am I forgetting?

Boy pnp and crib sheets
Boy aden and Anais blankets
Car seat
Baby bouncy seat--something to easily grab to take outside while the older girls play--not sure what is best if anyone has suggestions?
Binkies
Nursing pads
Breast pump
Nursing cream
Diapers
Wipes
Boy clothes

Hmmm, it's been awhile. You might also need:

a nursing pillow
swaddlers (the kind that wrap around and Velcro- loved those)
lanolin
I was so sore from nursing the first few weeks. I couldn't live without my hydrogel pads.
Vaseline for diaper rash
i loved my Moby wrap carrier when they were infants
Infant Tylenol
