No Flowers being given at the RIO Olympics...

I had to google this last night because I couldn't figure out what the medal winners
were being handed while on the podium. It was driving me crazy. And I had forgotten
that they used to pass out flower bouquets. That seems like a huge waste.
Here is what I found in my google search.

No flowers are being given to the medal winners at the RIO Olympics.
Instead, each winner receives a small wooden sculpture of the Rio Olympics logo.
