We're thinking of getting a mini trampoline for the basement. We're finding we need it for DDs (ages 6 and 8) to burn off energy, especially in the winter. They are constantly bouncing on the furniture, and it's taking it's toll!

Anybody have one they'd recommend, especially if you have older kids? I did a quick search, and most of the threads recommend the kid ones for toddlers.

Anyone have a simple one like this, without a handle: http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/sunny-health-fitness-36-inches-trampoline/6000193040731

Would it be safe for them to bounce without a handle, or would we need something like this: http://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/sunny-health-fitness-40-inches-foldable-trampoline-with-stabilizing-bar/6000193040658

Or do we need to go for a kids one, since we'll need a handle, and the ones above won't be bouncy enough for their small bodies?

We don't have a ton of space, and the ceilings are rather low (6ft), so we need something compact or foldable.

Same here - got an exercise one that'll hold me. Honestly - i kids got bored with it kinda fast. I like that it folds, we pull it out every few weeks and it gets used again.
