Is the vest part made out of a different material than the sleeves? It's hard to tell in the picture. I guess, upon looking at the picture again, that it is. It looks like the picture is taken from a shopping site--it's not available there?

It is camel leather with knit sleeves. No they don't have it and it's on the homepage.

This is not similar to the one you like, but it is another example of a "mixed media" jacket. The black tonal one is more contrasting, so maybe click on that color for a better idea.
