Peds that are not as Thin as Pantyhose???

I need to get some peds--i have a pair of booties that are fine with tights but too snug with socks. I wore them yesterday without tights and thus without socks and that doesn't work well for my feet. So--do you have peds that are still thin but more than just pantyhose? Maybe even ones that wick sweat or absorb sweat? I have sweaty feet, apparently... TIA for any recommendations!

I don't remember a specific brand, but I have bought some at Nordstrom's Rack.

I've bought them at Ross, and also picked up a pack of cotton ones from Old Navy yesterday (the largest size in the children's section - on clearance for .99!)
