Is there an organization similar to Make a Wish but for adults

I have a friend from high school with Stage 4 breast cancer. The Drs are out of options for treatment at this time. She is 37 years old with 2 kids that are 6 and 10. Her last 2 wishes are to take her kids to Disney and a cruise with her husband. There is already a go fund me page for her for those specific request. I'm wondering if there is an organization or a program that is similar to make a wish but for adults?

There is, but I'm not sure of the name. A girl that was in my Daisy Girl Scout troop last year had a father that died from some rare cancer. Before he got really bad, the family took a trip to Florida and swam with dolphins and it was through some organization. Sorry I don't know the name though. She is no longer in my troop and I don't have contact with the family now to ask.
