My husband supervises about 10 people and we need gift ideas! Last year we did mugs, holiday blanket, and a Starbucks gift card. Obviously, we can't do that again. Ideally, we would like to spend $15 on each person. Any suggestions?

Can he just treat them to lunch? That's what dh does.

My husband gives Williams Sonoma peppermint bark to his direct reports. I used to vary the gifts every year but everyone
loves the peppermint bark so much that we've stuck with it.

I actually just bought it over Thanksgiving. I got an email from Williams Sonoma that their peppermint bark was
25% off and there was a code for free shipping. I do everything online and I have it shipped directly to their house.
The totally cost for each person was approximately $23.

He does lunch for them as well as the gift! I like the idea of peppermint bark, or maybe even See's candy...

Maybe movie theater gift cards and boxes of movie-type candy?

I love that idea!

My DH alternates years of B&N gift cards and movie gift cards for his staff- both have been well received.

Bottle of wine?
Some people don't drink, like me, so I'd much prefer an Amazon gift card!

We live in Wine Country, so we will probably skip the wine, as most of us have our wine connections. :)

Thank you for all the ideas. I told my husband all of them and his response was "I don't know." I tried. :) In about 3 weeks, he will be begging me to help him get this done.

I think the movie gift card is a great idea but only if you put the amount that the recipient's family would need to buy tickets
for their entire family.

I have always followed this rule for giving a gift card.
"Above all, make sure the gift card amount can be used without requiring the recipient to spend his or her own money. Otherwise, you’re simply giving that person a discount–a coupon to use with purchase."

For example, if you give a $15 movie gift card to a man but he has a wife & 2 kids, then he is still spending his own money to take his family to
the movie. So you basically just gave him a coupon to see the movie.

I have to buy for 100 and want to spend less than $5 this year. But, in the past I did big umbrellas and they were a hit. I also did polo shirts and lunch boxes.

I am having a hard time this year with something good that is less than $5...

I also like Mrs. Prendables apples from QVC.

What about a reusable tote. I just got some cute ones from Eddie Bauer for $3 when they had 50% off. I think they are originally $12 and are on sale for $6. They come in 4 colors too.
