Changes to subscribe and save on Amazon? 5% discount with minimum of5 subscriptions??

For this for this subscription, Amazon is only offering a 5% discount if you have five or more prescriptions? If you have less than five you get no discount ??? When did this change?

I made a purchase last night and know there was no change but today I went to add something and see what you are seeing, 5%. I kept trying to find one of their help page to explain what the new rules are but everything seems vague, "If there's a current discount for the item, it will be posted on the product detail page when you sign up. Amazon may change this discount amount at any time."

Just last night I saw the 15% off 5 or more subscriptions. Wonder if this just changed?

Different items have different SUbscribe and Save amounts.
I was noticing this last week as I was adding/taking things off.

Some (yellow pencils) are 15% on Subscribe and Save period.

Some (ZIploc Snack, Hefty Freezer quart, toilet paper) are 5% at the beginning and change to 15% if you have 5 different items on subscribe & save that month (having 2 boxes of pencils coming does NOT count as two items, unfortunately)

Some (blue pens) are 0% normally and jump to 5% if you have 5 different items on subscribe & save
