Midwesterners: Meijer toy clearance 50% off clearance prices

My store had TONS.
Imaginext, Matchbox, Hexbug Aquabots ($2.50 for the basic ones), a couple of small lego friends ($2) and the big pop star stage ($15), a couple of Star Wars Lego items.

Oh man. I wish we were a bit closer to ours. It's a 30 minute drive. Mine had Magformers left last week when I was there. They were already marked 50% off, so that would have been great!

I went to one today. No toys for me since the kids are older and pickier. But, I got packages of kid socks for $1.64 each, a winter coat for $11.50, shirts for $3.50, and more. Shoes are 50% off clearance too. Tons of stuff.

Was the 50% just today? I just remembered there were Lego sets DS wanted too. I'm sure they already sold out, but I could try.

Usually Meijer clearances stay out for a while - kind of like Target. They move into smaller and smaller shelving areas as it winds down. I didn't hit our toy section yesterday, but got some cozy slippers that were originally $20, for $2.50.
