I just bought some Western Chief mid calf adjustable rain boots and they work great but the arches of my feet hurt from them so I was wondering if anyone bought insoles (not the boot socks) for their rain boots? I have a tendency to walk fast and I think that may have caused some of the pain in my arch (walked Dd to her class this Am). One benefit if the $150 Hunters was that they have a molded footbed, but I don't want to spend that much money on rain boots I am not going to wear all of the time (mainly my days off for school drop off or weekend errands, and occasionally to and from the office parking lot and back).

I do! If I don't my feet ache. I wear them inside my hunters. I have a high arch and a high instep so I have to go up a size to do it though, and wearing a size 11 makes it tough. My bogs are size 12, I can get away with 11s in the hunters because they are lace up. I use walkfit arch supports and if I can I put ugg insoles over them.
