What shoes to wear with rolled up jeans?

I just bought a pair of straight leg jeans that have a roll at the bottom. It's a new style for me and I just realized I have no idea what shoes to wear with them. Please clue me in! TIA

Right now I wear booties. When the weather is nicer, I wear ballet flats or converse.

Like mentioned above, ballet flats or booties are super cute. My recent go-to are checkered black and white vans, and I LOVE them.
