Where do you buy discount gift cards?

I know there are a number of sites, but reviews seem to be all over the place. Which places are reputable, and which should I steer clear?

I have used cardpool a lot and raise a couple of times with good experiences. I did have one from cardpool that didn't work, but they refunded it no questions asked after a quick email.

I go through giftcardgranny to find sites that are reputable and to determine who has the best % off currently. I've used cardpool and raise, both through there.

Cardpool didn't have the card I needed in stock. I saw Ebates had a 1% cash back for Raise and a new customer coupon code for $10 off of order. I think I ended up with a pretty decent deal - 18% off of a $100 card. Thanks everyone.
