Bendable Pencils in B&M Store

I wanted some sort of novelty pencil-maybe those bendable pencils-but I need them by tomorrow so I am wondering if anyone knows a store that sells them? If not, maybe other novelty type pencils or pens. Does Party City have this type of thing?
