Ordered one off of Amazon - which won't even recognize the SIM card and the phone was supposed to be locked to AT&T. HOpefully i don't have any trouble trying to return this now. Should have known it was too good to be true - price was right and phone looked good.... just can't get it to activate!

Anyone have any luck elsewhere? Gazelle was suggested to me, but it seems their reviews aren't the best either?

Anyone selling an AT&T iphone?

Have you looked at refurbished ones on Apple?
ETA- with the number of issues I've had with my iPhones over the years, I'd want some sort of warranty.

The iphone 5s is a great phone, and you can get one new on the At&T network by buying it as a prepaid "GoPhone" from Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, or At&T stores. It's usually on sale for a little under $200. That's what I ended up doing after getting a refurbished iphone from a reputable ebay seller (which I made sure had free returns) that turned out to be a dud phone. Only drawback is the phones have only 16GB of storage so you have to be careful about space.
