I guess once we all got used to paying full price for ripped jeans, it was only a tiny step until we got windows...

(there's a chance I may be an 82-year-old woman in a 41-year-old body, because pre-ripped jeans make me cranky).

In my fashion resistant opinion they have to be expensive to convince anyone that they are desirable! Oh, they're expensive, they must be good! ;)

These are right up there with the leather wrapped rock at Christmas time. I am just grateful that it is the knees and not other areas with viewing portals, given some of the lingerie that Nordstrom's and the Rack carry nowadays - some of it looks very reminiscent of Fredericks' of Hollywood - all straps and not much else.
