I'm normally a bikini girl but I love this one piece! It's flattering around the waist area.
Eta: it's an interesting pattern so people aren't looking at your thighs. Also, I have a large bust and this suit works for me!

I got a tankini from Target. It is about as flattering as I have found. Covers my tummy and thighs. I will see if I can find a pic online.

I am usually a Lands End tankini person. I get tops that mix and match with both bikini and mini swim skirt bottoms. This year I have 2 maternity tankinis, one from Target and one from Motherhood. I bought them because we are going to the beach next month and DS is starting to like swimming, but I am definitely not in love with either one. It was more a case of them being the best of the available options. I am apparently the only pregnant person who does not wish to show cleavage?

It was this (bought last fall)- but then I lost a bunch of weight and it's too big. Very flattering though

Now I'm back to my old standby of

Athleta Bra top (Awesome for bigger chests!)

I like this combo better than a tankini for me (Pear shape). I'd like to think of myself as having "athletic thighs", but maybe "strong" will do. I'm disproportionately short legged, so they will always look thick regardless of how much I work out!

It's not new, they have them every year but this one if you like one piece

I do mostly mix and match tankinis from LE. We have a pool, so I have many suits. Athleta has great tankini pieces too, if you aren't a DDD like me...they never quite fit me right.

I bought this one because it came in a D cup ( but Venus runs small so I order a DD) fits cute I cant do one piece suits unless they are labeled long torso they give me wedgies I have probably 6 or 7 suites I wear regularly and a couple more I just keep for some reason

I am still wearing my maternity tankini top from when I was pregnant with DS (I hate swimsuit shopping) and Lands End swim shorts.

I really feel like I prefer underwire, do you find this pretty supportive, I'm a 34c, still pretty perky at this point but I find some halter styles tend to not support at all.

I'm just the opposite I need underwire in everything but the halter style Im a 36D I must do the cup-sized tops or there just isn't enough coverage

I have the Athleta Fiji high neck bikini top on the way and one of the Full Scrunch bottoms (although I feel like I should have gotten a Full Tide, but I didn't see those before ordering). I haven't worn a bikini in years, I usually do a tankini, but I love the print of this one so am taking the chance!
I got a fun tankini from Garnet Hill last year, that one will still be in play this year as well. :)

I have this one too, in black. I love it but it's a smidge short on the torso for me. I'd like to replace it with a Tankini but haven't found one I like.

I love it!! I may have to pop into my TJMaxx this week. Love the print, and also that the neckline is a bit higher.

I got this in China Blue Floral http://www.bodenusa.com/en-us/womens-swimwear/swimsuits/ws066-bla/womens-black-collage-amalfi-bandeau-swimsuit
I also will wear last years Title 9 suit, which was amazing with it's rouching in the stomach.
I wear a variation of this takini short combo each summer. https://www.landsend.com/products/womens-v-neck-halter-tankini-top/id_307034?sku_0=::2SC
