Some LEGO City sets are B1G1 40% off, and on Target.com, they are already marked down.
I just got the pizza truck and the fire truck for $29 including tax after my red card discount. You have to search for LEGO City and then look for the sets with mark downs and B1G1 40% off. You also may be able to price match to the target.com price in store.

Good to know! I bought a couple of the Lego Batman sets when TRU was running this deal last week (their sale seems to be over now though)!
