Any recommendations for a weighted blanket for an adult?

I would love one for myself!! I love the feel of the protective smock that the dental hygienist drapes over me
at the dentist office when they do my x-rays. I almost feel naked when they take it off me. LOL!

me too! And to be honest, I assumed everyone did as well. When I told my husband he said I was crazy. If either of you find a good one, I'd love to know.

No specific recs but they are super easy to make if you have a sewing machine and minimal skills.

This one is very detailed and pretty easy for a novice seamstress.

I made one for my son but his is adjustable as he grows.

This is a much easier pattern than that.
