What are these things called?

I remember seeing a website for these fabric or ribbon things to cinch up leggings and sleeves so that they stay capris or 3/4 sleeves. However, I can't remember what in the world they were called! Anyone know what I'm talking about? (I know how to fold my leggings into capris three different ways, but my fat calves look like stuffed sausages with the multiple fold methods, hence my looking for these darn ribbon thingies.)
