I didn't realize this would be a hard thing to find. Looking online, most of them are pretty poor quality. Does anyone have one that they like and would recommend?

Target has a few different kinds in their summer section. I like those cheapy ones like this http://www.target.com/p/easter-eggs-peva-tablecloth-blue/-/A-50045332

Do you want to use it on a table or on the ground?

I like picnic blankets for on the ground. Quality will vary, but I bought one a number of years ago at Target that held up quite nicely. They have them again and I have also seen Tommy Bahama brand ones at Costco.

If you're looking for something to put on a table, I'd get an inexpensive, plain fabric one from Target or similar if you're unhappy with the vinyl, paper, or other kinds you're finding elsewhere.

Ah, didn't think about on the ground ones. Duh. :) I have a flannel one one side, waterproof on the other from Target. Amazon has a big selection- I just bought one for my brother.

If you want high-quality, we have an older version of this picnic blanket from C&B. It's a weighty cotton fabric with PVC coating on the underside. It would work GREAT as a tablecloth (see pics of product) because of its weight - no billowing around in the wind. NOTE that the picnic blanket is larger and has the PVC coating and is heavier. The tablecloth does NOT have the PVC coating and would be lighter and may shift in the wind. I would personally get the picnic blanket because it's more multi-use:)

They also sell clamps to anchor the table cloth to the table so it doesn't blow in the wind, or small clip on weights.

Clamps can be tricky to use, depending on quality and material, but the weights might be something to look into.

I agree! I have used the watermelon ones, but I use 2 sets for the extra weight.
