Does anyone have a double-sided ceramic non-stick waffle maker they would recommend? We don't care for the other non-stick surfaces. My DH thinks its too slow to make one waffle at a time.

Great timing as I was going to write a similar question - so I will be interested in your responses. We just stayed at a hotel offering breakfast - and my kids LOVED the waffle maker. I saw similar (non-commercial) flip ones offered on amazon, and was wondering if anyone had experience with them for home use?

I'm confused... A ceramic waffle maker makes more than one at a time?

We have the Cuisinart Belgium waffle maker and I love it. The two non stick plates easily come out for washing and the large capacity takes a full cup of batter at a time. I can cook more waffles faster than with my previous small round waffle maker. But I've still been considering buying a second waffel maker, as my crew can eat fast.
