Best hair mask?

I was at Target earlier this morning and thought to check out hair mask selections. It's huge! No idea how to tell or what to look for, as my stylist said I need to do it for my hair to give it more hydration and moisture since it's very dry and damaged from the pool & salt water and sun.

Any recommendations?? I color my hair; it's fine, with little body in brown/auburn coloring.

Coconut oil! DD's hair is also getting destroyed this summer. I put some coconut oil in her hair, put a shower cap over hair and put on a movie. Washing it out was not fun, but she isn't the most cooperative. Her hair looks and feels so much better since I did it.
