Moms with intact sons - sore on penis

Hi, my son said earlier today that his penis hurts. So tonight in the bath I asked him to show me. He retracted his foreskin and has a red sore just below the head. Should I put something on it? If so, what? I think I've got Neosporin, and also some natural healing salve, or Boudreaux Butt Paste.

My sons 4 and he was having a similar problem, I took him to the dr and they said to retract the skin in the shower and clean it and put neosporin on until it heals.

I'd try the butt paste. I used that when DS had a red tip when he was little. Make sure he's cleaning it well.

Yeah what Niccig said I'd also let him soak in a bath for a while. Is he retractable ? It also could be that process
