Has anyone taught an online class?

I'm considering applying for some online college teaching opportunities. I'd like to bring home a little extra money and use my graduate degree. I am a SAHM with a third grader and a toddler. I taught for a semester at two local colleges a couple of years ago. If anyone has BTDT. I'd love to hear your experiences.

I teach online in the summers, though it is a class I teach in a regular classroom as part of my regular teaching responsibilities most fall and spring semesters. I love it! The first time it is more work than teaching a face to face class, but then subsequent semesters it is less work. Feel free to post or PM any specific questions.
